Executive Career Program


We offer partners of top level expatriates our Executive Career Program. The standard program has a duration of 6 months. The most important elements of this program are:

C&G contacts ALL the relevant employers on behalf of the partner.

C&G offers full secretarial services.

All elements of the Job Search Assistance Program (phases 1 & 2) are offered.


Phase 1 starts with an intake-meeting between our Career Counsellor and the partner to discuss their career background and preferences. Our Career Counsellor will also explain the services we offer. Based on the outcome of this meeting we prepare and conduct an extensive research report detailing relevant jobs and potential employers and the job search action plan. Editing the CV in the proper format is also part of this phase.

In phase 2 we actively assist and coach the partner on how to use all 4 methods that exist for finding a suitable job. These 4 methods are:
a. responding to vacancies in the media
b. registering with Executive Search Firms
c. direct approach to suitable employers
d. networking.
We coach the partner and contact ALL relevant employers on behalf of the partner. We assist them in developing the right contacts en building up a network. We also provide counselling on interview skills, as well as writing cover letters and we advise him/her on salary levels and employment contracts. Last but not least we offer full secretarial services.

The program is customized to meet the needs of each spouse's/partner's job search, usually by a Career Counsellor (Job Coach) in the new location.
